All about Kidnapping kidnappings is good. u get a popo call every time your kid is napped. popo calls add up to achievements and points. don't get angry if your kids r napped, its a part of the game. To kidnap, u need angel gear. once u have it, just click on someone's name, and list their kids. it'll say "kidnap" if the kid is "nappable." it takes 15 nerve to nap a kid, it pays 500 exp, and of course, achievements. If u are new, look for people who r dead or in the hosp, or else they may be too fast for u. if their dog bites u, try again using drugs - usually that works. It’s not a good idea to kill someone by marking them, just to kidnap. They usually don’t like that. I always ask first if I can mark them, and when I’m done I send a gift. Some people will attack you, others actually want to be marked for death to get an extra popo call ... You can find people by listing gangs. Usually the first couple pages are already browsed by others, I get more success start at page 3. When you find someone with lots of kids, bookmark them. If you know how to add a link to your browser’s bookmark/favorites toolbar, that's even better. The best place to kidnap is New Jersey, unless you have teamed-up with a rescuer. You need to be arrested to get rid of the kid so you can kidnap another, and where else can you get arrested fast? If you are kidnapping in another city, you can ask in mofo times for a rescuer to help you. And ... Never tell who’s kids you are kidnapping, or someone else may nap them before you can!!!!!

What a Mootown BG should be:
Most important, the BG should not make it hard to read what people type - ie, muted colors in the text area.
The BG should not distract attention. Radical BGs or super-complicated BGs tend to annoy.
Themes: Open to most themes. Some include: It's winter. Valentines is coming. It does not need to be "cow" based.
