Febuary MooTown BG contest.

Rules:
Open to anyone.
Award will only be give to registered xat users.
Reward has no cash value.
BG must be unique to Mootown.
BG may or may not be used. BGs are changed often and are reused often.
3 BGs will be selected as winners.
One prize per user.
Final say on winning BGs is by carlychatter

What a Mootown BG should be:
Most important, the BG should not make it hard to read what people type - ie, muted colors in the text area.
The BG should not distract attention. Radical BGs or super-complicated BGs tend to annoy.
Themes: Open to most themes. Some include: It's winter. Valentines is coming. It does not need to be "cow" based.

The First Prize will be rewarded tomorrow, the second on or near Friday, the third on or about Monday. There is no elimination of BGs once a prize is awarded, BGs submitted today will still be considered for Monday's award
